The San Francisco Story

Moving to a new city is exciting - new things to see, do and eat - but it also comes with an exhausting array of new details to figure out, from what's the best neighborhood coffee shop to where to get your nails done. Oh, and more importantly how to use public transit.

And San Francisco is no exception. If you're planning to move here you should be ready for hills, chilly nights and an amazing local culture. From exploring the city's many parks and finding the best burritos, there's plenty to experience.

For anyone whose wondered about how I came to be a California resident once again, I believe it was fate. Back in high school I met a dear friend of mine - she was a sales associate at BCBG Maxazria and I was her favorite customer (Right, Sheena?). Sheena, I owe you for making me look fabulous for all my high schools dances. Anyways, as you've probably figured out we stayed in touch.

Though her amazing encouragement and connections, I was offered an interview at SutherlandGold Group and I think we all know what happened next - I got it! It literally all happened in a split second. Okay, it was more like two weeks but still.

As a person who has a passion for adventure, I understand the fear in moving. I've learned through time though that each experience is always been than the last. My mantra has become to be courageous and to always be kind.
