365 new days, 365 new chances

Making New Year’s resolutions is a tradition that I like to uphold. So every year I pick out a few things to work on throughout the year to come. This year I decided to write my resolutions down on a beautiful piece of stationary, frame them at my bedside. This way I will be constantly reminded of the goals I’ve set, which will make it more likely that I will actually stick to them (because let’s be honest, most of us forget our list by the time Valentine’s Day rolls around).

Here are my New Year’s Resolutions for 2015

THINK positively
You never know what you have until you lose it
You always know what you have, you just never think you'd lose it
Appreciate what you have now.

EXERCISE daily

By sneaking exercise into your day it will not only change your body.
It will change your mind, your attitude and your mood.

EAT healthy

When you eat like crap, you feel like crap, you know it's true.

WORK hard

Always remember if it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.

STAY strong

Life is a series of choices, chose wisely.

WORRY less

Don't think so much.
You'll create a problem that wasn't even there in the first place.

LOVE more

Take the time to spread love wherever you go.

BE happy

I am in charge of how I feel and today I choose happiness.

Cheers to the New Year!
This is your year to SPARKLE, darling!
